Situated in the exclusive Piney Point Village area of Houston, this residence was designed to create a resort-caliber outdoor environment that celebrates symmetry, proportion, and refined luxury. Water Line Designs was commissioned to design and build a custom pool that would serve as both an architectural focal point and an immersive gathering space for the family.

The pool was designed to sit perfectly on axis with the main residence and the pool house beyond, establishing a strong visual corridor that ties the entire property together. Dual sunshelves flank either side of the pool, balancing the geometry while providing space for relaxation and shallow lounging.

At the heart of the design lies a dramatic fire feature, positioned between the pool and pool house. The open flame adds warmth and movement to the composition, creating a powerful contrast to the reflective water surface and drawing the eye through the central axis of the property.

Every design decision, from the pool’s orientation to its material palette, was made to enhance the harmony between architecture and landscape. The result is an expansive, timeless environment that merges elegance with functionality, reinforcing Water Line Designs’ expertise in crafting tailored outdoor experiences for the Piney Point Village community.
